POSITION SUMMARY

Case Managers provide comprehensive case management services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Case Managers are involved in client-directed case planning and assist clients with identifying their goals to achieve sustainability.

Volunteer and Events Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY

The Volunteer and Events Coordinator recruits, screens, engages, tracks, and ensures recognition of volunteers at the WCA. Works with all departments to fulfill volunteer needs. As a fully integrated member of the Philanthropy Team, this individual will be intricate in planning, coordinating and executing signature and partner WCA events in addition to assisting the public with external fundraisers to benefit the WCA. Occasional weekend, early morning, and/or weeknight hours are required.

Facility Services Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for overseeing all facility management, in-house Information Technology (IT), and security systems for the WCA.  Ensures a positive public image for all WCA operations by working closely with the Executive Director, Department Directors, Managers, Supervisors, Vendors, and Volunteers.

Victim Advocate

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide advocacy support to victims and their family who have experienced domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. The advocate’s primary function will be to facilitate and provide services that will help increase victim safety, autonomy and access to court/legal resources. These services may include assistance with filling out protection orders, court accompaniment, safety planning, crisis intervention, rape crisis advocacy, and the identification and utilization of community/legal resources.  Victim Advocate will be located at FACES (local justice center), but will provide services at various community sites.

Clinician I

POSITION SUMMARY:
Clinicians provide comprehensive counseling services to WCA residential and community clients. These clients will have experienced domestic and/or sexual violence. Many of the clients served will have concurrent mental health diagnoses. Clinicians conduct assessments; diagnose; create individualized treatment plans; offer individual therapy, and facilitate groups. Clinicians may also facilitate presentations to the community on the issues of domestic and sexual violence.
