In 2012:

The WCA provided 7,832 safe bed nights in our shelter to women and children escaping violence.

Our 24-hour Crisis Hot Lines (Domestic Abuse Hot Line and Rape/Sexual Assault Hot Line) received over 2,131 calls.

Our licensed professional counselors provided 2,748 individual counseling sessions to abused women and children, but still averaged 83 women and 22 children per month waiting to be served.

Our volunteer court advocates assisted with 542 of the 599 protection orders filed in Ada County.

Monetary donations to the WCA help fund the programs that provide these crucial services.
