In 2010:

The WCA provided 9,802 safe bed nights in our shelter to women and children escaping violence.

Our 24-hour Crisis Hot Lines (Domestic Abuse Hot Line and Rape/Sexual Assault Hot Line) received over 2,030 calls.

Our licensed professional counselors provided 2,064 individual counseling sessions to abused women and children, but still averaged 64 women and children per month waiting to be served.

Our volunteer court advocates assisted with 567 of the 663 protection orders filed in Ada County.

Monetary donations to the WCA help fund the programs that provide these crucial services.
