On October 7, four teams of first-responders (the Ada County Paramedics, the Ada County Prosecutor’s Office and Ada County Sheriff Employees Association) teamed up with the WCA for a fun filled family day of softball at Ann Morrison Park.
The third annual event featured an exciting selection of raffle prizes from Campbell Tractor, Cabela’s, Mai Thai, Lost Grove, the Morrison Center, the Riverside Hotel and Coach. Each team competed to sell the most raffle tickets with the Ada County Prosecutor’s Office coming out on top this year.
Our friends at Chick-fil-A and Starbucks donated food and beverages and Kiss FM’s own Chris Cruise and Tawsha Box emceed the event.
Justice League is an opportunity to honor our first responders who are so important to the clients served by the WCA. They help us continue our mission by providing vital community support to victims of domestic abuse.
