The WCA is so grateful for the continual support shown from our community. This month we would like to highlight PacificSource Health Plans, RADAR, Paul Mitchell School of Boise, and Guru Donuts, Boise Fry Company, Press & Pony, and Payette Brewing for their generosity!

PacificSourceWe are so grateful to PacificSource Health Plans’ employees for selecting the WCA as their charity of choice! On August 27th they brought presented us with a 10,000 dollar check! Through their time, talent, and treasure we can continue to change the lives of our clients. We could not do the work we do without the generosity of businesses like PacificSource!

Riding out RADAR

On August 15th our friends from RADAR hosted their annual Hot August Knights ride benefiting the WCA. Over a hundred riders rode together from Victors Hogs and Horns to a local farm in a stand against domestic violence and sexual assault. We had an information table at the event where riders could come learn more about the resources the WCA offers. RADAR stopped by the downtown office later that month with the $3000 raised during the event. A tremendous thank you to RADAR for both a great event and generous gift!

Our friends at Guru Donuts, Boise Fry Company, Press & Pony, and Payette Brewing teamed up to host a great event on the First Thursday in August that benefited the WCA! There were purple fries, purple donuts, and purple beer—all to raise awareness of domestic violence. Thank you so much to each of these wonderful businesses!

Boise Fry

The amazing students and staff at the Paul Mitchell School of Boise donated a portion of their sales to the WCA and presented us with a $400 check! We are so grateful for their support! Paul Mitchel
