Though we always appreciate Boise, this holiday season the community outdid itself. So many amazing individuals partook in the Giving Tree and sponsored families in our shelter. In addition to that, so many organizations and individuals alike went above and beyond holding donation drives, events, and even video competitions in our name! We have been overwhelmed with what these acts of compassion. Children have a safe, comfortable, and fun place to live. People experiencing abuse have paths to safety, healing and freedom. So much good has been done due to the kindness of the Boise community. This is what compassion accomplishes.
