A few weeks ago, a special gathering of our Ambassadors took place downtown at the Mai Thai restaurant. Diana Burrell, one of our amazing volunteer co-chairs of the group, expressed heartfelt appreciation for their wonderful work in extending the outreach of the WCA into the community. The reception was hosted by one of our Board members, and Mai Thai is also one of our most generous Corporate Pillars.
The Ambassadors are a very active volunteer group, and their number is growing! They receive their own newsletter, and they significantly increase the number of people who have seen our tour. There are now 33 Ambassadors and 43 prospective Ambassadors who are working to become a full Ambassador. Eleven men are included in these groups, so everyone is welcome to join!
