Treasure Valley dads can enjoy a mouth-watering Father’s Day meal hosted by Chandler's Restaurant and show their support for healthy relationships at the 4th Annual Man Brunch.
Domestic Violence Awareness Month
Held each year in October, DVAM is designed to shine a spotlight on the complex issues surrounding domestic violence and how the community can help promote healthy relationships.
The Clothesline Project
A visual display of art created on T-shirts by survivors of physical, sexual and emotional violence to express their stories of abuse and survival. Displayed in more than 50 businesses around the Treasure Valley, the clotheslines of T-shirts are designed to raise awareness during October.
SueB Memorial 5K Walk/Run
This event kicks of DVAM and honors the life os Susan Elaine Brubaker Bredeson Newby who died in 2008 in a mysterious horseback riding incident. This year's event will be Sunday, Otober 6, 2013.
