After much research and due diligence, we completed a donor database conversion in February. Our previous provider had served the WCA well for over a decade, but we had maxed out its capacity. We chose Bloomerang as our new database. While the conversion went very smoothly, we did experience some down time. Our online giving function is back online after about a two-week hiatus. We also changed payment processors. The new processors have enhanced security features that offer an additional layer of anti-fraud protection for donors. It also means that we will be contacting all donors with recurring or scheduled payment credit card and EFT donors for payment information. We appreciate everyone’s patience during this process.
