Holiday Centerpiece DonationsHow does your organization support the clients of the WCA?

The Boise Branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) provides holiday centerpieces made from live greens to families who receive holiday gift baskets from the WCA.

How long have you been providing this gift to the WCA clients?

AAUW has provided centerpieces to these families for three years.

What do you find most rewarding about your work for the WCA?

AAUW is an organization that empowers women. We believe that brightening the holidays and letting these women and children know that we are thinking about them is one way of empowering them.

How have you changed or grown as an organization through your work here?

We are constantly looking for ways to help women in our community. AAUW members have enthusiastically embraced the opportunity to bring some holiday cheer to these women and their families.
